Directions from I-5:

Exit 167, NE 45^th St

Head west for seven blocks passing Dick’s Drive-In

Seven blocks from I-5, at the top of a small hill, turn left at the light at Sunnyside Ave N

The entrance is up the stairs between the two corner buildings on Sunnyside.

Parking:

Up until 5pm, you may park on Sunnyside Ave N.  After 5pm, there is space for two vehicles between the corner and the “No Parking South of Here except by Zone 5 Permit” $48 ticket area.  North of N 45^th St, there two-hour parking prior to 6pm, then unlimited parking for the rest of the evening.

Entrance:

Please enter via Sunnyside Ave N, NOT N 45^th St.  There is a small set of stairs between the two buildings.  Go up the stairs and into the sliding glass door room on the left, Room 114, “The Waiting Room”.

PLEASE go to the Waiting Room first rather than coming directly to my office.  I may be finishing with another client.  I will come down to the waiting room at the time of your appointment.

Appointments After 6pm:

The Waiting Room may be locked.  In that case, if you don’t have a cell phone, please use the phone pad on the wall next to the door to the left of the stairs from Sunnyside Ave N.  Call my cell (206) 355-8069.
